What an incredible week we had celebrating a "day 30" birthday! The house and staff are absolutely amazing!!! We couldn't ask for a more beautiful place to call our home for a week. Boat trips with Patrick from Celtic tours were breathtaking... Anegada, Willy T's, Soggy Dollar, the Baths, and Coopers Beach Club are all worth exploring! Loved Nigel's "Boom Boom" beach bar in Smugglers Cove, and the island rum from Sebastians is amazing!!! It was a busy trip full of exploring but nothing beats coming home to this stunning villa, and an incredible meal cooked for us to enjoy. Thank you for sharing your incredible home. Goodbye... for now... we will be back!!!

Our family group of 10 had been looking forward to our BVI stay for over 1 year. In 2017 we were very saddened to see the images of Irma’s devastation and wondered how our vacation might be affected. The House Manager Carmen was wonderful as she stayed in touch and updated us about the restoration of Sunset House. She communicated frequently about all of the planning aspects for our stay, particularly those associated with the menu selection and our food and beverage provisioning. She immediately responded to any question we had. When our group arrived on Tortola (via ferries and flight) Carmen met us to lead the caravan of rental cars to the Sunset House. What a magnificent first sight! The house was beautiful, the view of Long Bay Beach was phenomenal, and wonderful aromas wafted from the kitchen. We had decided to eat every dinner at Sunset House and were so happy we did! Cynthia is a terrific chef who prepared delicious meals for us every night. Lauris was so gracious as our server, she also prepared some delicious appetizers and kept the kitchen spotless. Each morning Jennifer would appear and prepare a terrific continental breakfast with fresh fruits, muffins, and bagels. Jennifer also kept the house and bedrooms pristine and took care of laundry. All four ladies had sparkling personalities and worked extraordinarily hard to take care of us. Our family will treasure the memories of this phenomenal vacation at Sunset House.

Our family had such a wonderful time, here in Tortola. This was our 3rd time back to the island and our 4 children 1st. It was our first time back since Irma & Maria and we must say the island is doing such a strong recovery. It's amazing to see such strong community. We love the Sunset House and we will surely be back! The home is such a peaceful old island feel. And the views is breathtaking, no matter what time of day. The staff here is awesome! Carmen's hospitality was phenomenal we loved getting to know her over the week we were here. She catered to our every need plus questions. She even brought over some extra balls for our kids, when they accidentally lost only one over the fence! We loved waking up to Jennifer's smiling face every morning. Cynthia's cooking will not be forgotten! Her food had such island charm. Our favorite was the stuffed mushrooms and coconut shrimp! and her soups were out of this world! Loris and her service make us smile and feel so welcome, every night. We are going to miss the pure sunshine and happy vibes here! Until Next Time Tortola!

Could God have created a more beautiful place. The view the people! Carmen, Loris, Cynthia, & Jennifer were above and beyond. The experience exceed our imagination. Adventures around the islands and day sail with Kuralu were exceptional. Snorkeling, ship wrecks, walking the plank at Willee Tees and jumping into a beautiful & peaceful ocean was amazing. House and rooms were always clean and the meals were to die for as our company always said "this is awesome"! Peaceful is not even the right word to say. Thank you all.

Sunset House is everything it says it is and more. Myself and 9 other family members spent a week there in August. The home itself is spacious and well maintained with amazing views in a great location. It's an easy drive from the west end ferry doc to the home as well as a short drive to places like Cane Bay Beach, Smugglers Cove and great restaurants. And the best part is you can walk to Long Bay Beach. It's a fairly steep hill to walk but gives you the perfect amount of exercise on a lazy vacation. grin Carmen and the rest of the ladies at the house do a wonderful job serving, cooking and cleaning while being so pleasant and friendly. Book a power boat tour with Mitch at Ocean Magic, take the ferry to Jost Van Dyke, eat a roti at D'Coal Pot, see the sunset at Banankeet and be sure to have Cynthia and Loris prepare steaks, salmon and ribs for you!. All perfect! Don't hesitate to book a vacation here!

Carmen, Jennifer & the entire staff were awesome! The meals at the house were superb! Also dinners at Sebastian's, D' Coal Pot, Top of the Baths (Virgin Gorda) were great. Our favorite beaches were Brewers Bay and Smugglers Cove, where we were practically alone! Other favorites Callwood Rum Distillery, Ice Cream on Cane Garden Bay, Nigel's Beach Bar on Smugglers, the Baths on VG, Kuralu Catamaran tour to Sandy Spit on Jost Van Dyke & Soggy Dollar Bar. Lots of adventure and laughs! We'll Be Back!

Wow, what an amazing way to celebrate the 50th wedding anniversary for my parents. Thank you to everyone who made it so special. Carmen was fantastic setting everything up for us - even scheduling a massage for my mother. Jennifer & Violet are as sweet as can be and Cynthia & Loris made the best food around! We loved everything and can't wait to return. Make sure to visit Smuggler's Cove beach & Cane Garden Bay.

Amazing beach hopping on Tortola Cane Garden was our favorite with Myett's Bar! Jost Van Dyke and the Soggy Dollar Bar made for some amazing memoirs! - Well from what we can remember. We cannot say thank you enough to Jennifer, Violet, Loris, and Carmen for the great hospitality this week. The food was amazing, the team was so sweet and fun to interact with. We enjoyed Long Bay and snorkeling at the rocks - it was the highlight of our trip - we saw tarpon, anchovies, turtles, stingray etc. The house is beautiful and the views were so pretty each night. We are so sad to leave but definitely will not forget the good times and amazing memories made here. We could not have asked for anything more. We hope to see you again. Until then, best wishes!
