We spent a full week at Sunset House and had an absolutely exceptional stay. The villa feels both luxurious and deeply welcoming — elegant, peaceful, and incredibly comfortable. From the moment we arrived, it felt like a true retreat! What made the experience even more special was the staff. Everyone was so warm, attentive, and wonderful throughout our stay, and the prepared meals were a true highlight. Everything felt thoughtful, effortless, and well cared for, which made it easy to fully relax and enjoy our time there. Mornings were calm and unhurried, the setting felt private and serene, and every evening brought breathtaking sunsets that never got old. By the end of the week, we genuinely did not want to leave! Sunset House was a huge part of what made our time in Tortola so unforgettable, and we're already planning for our next visit.

Spending the week at the Sunset House is always like stepping back into paradise. This is one of our many return trips and it never disappoints. The propert is impressive, spacious and beautifully kept. The views are breathtaking and are enjoyed from every room at the villa. It never gets old enjoying the sunsets from the veranda. From the time we arrive to the time we leave the staff is attentive and accommodating to our every need! The prepared meals are restaurant quality abd we live the personal touches. Carmen Cynthia, Loris, Rose and Jenny are professional and experienced. We love visiting Yost and the Soggy Dollar, Patricia at Smugglers, Long Bay and Cane Garden. Will return for sure!

Sunset House is a magical place! Our family comes here frequently and every time you walk through the front door, you're transported into another world. Cynthia, Loris, Jennifer, Rose and Carmen have the house in flow, everything is always taken care of for you during your stay, the service is impeccable. Our days at the villa are spent relaxing, planning our next adventures, singing karaoke by the pool and dancing by the dinner table after an amazing feast. Walking the beach in the mornings, heading to Ms. Patricia's at Smuggler's Cove, and heading to Virgin Gorda to do the baths are just some of our favorite things to experience while we're there. This place will forever hold our hearts and I hope that it will hold yours, too!

So many things to write about, sound of the waves, walking on the beach. Fabulous meals by chef Cynthia, Loris and support staff Rose and Jennifer. Epic day with Chillout Charters and the Zenergy party hearty x 10. Best marmalade jelly ever!! Spectacular week, you can't make up the adventure we had.

We had a fantastic trip to Sunset House with our whole family. The house was perfect for a group of 10! Carmen and her team couldn't have been more accomodating to our group. We would sit at dinner and plan for our next trip. We did a couple of nights of cooking on our own and we all agreed that next time, we'll count on Carmen's team to do all the meals. It's a top notch service! We can't wait for our next visit!

Spent a wonderful, soul-refreshing week at Sunset House! I could never get tired of the breathtaking views. Carmen, Cynthia, Loris and Jennifer took exceptional care of us and the meals were delicious. There is so much to experience on Tortola and the surrounding islands. I look forward to going back someday!

What a great find. Our family had a wonderful week with Carmen and the crew a while back. We spent 3 weeks in the BVIs. One week sailing with each of our two families, then the middle week on the island at the Sunset House, and then the last week with the other family sailing. The find of Carmen, as well as the ladies who kept us well fed during our time at the Sunset House, were the key to a fantastic special time in our lives. If you have found the Sunset house in your search for a very special time in your lives, you have stumbled onto the secret key. Jump on it while you can!!

Thank you so much for this beautiful space and all the memories made here: walking down to the beach was so much fun and we all made it back up the hill! Carmen, Loris, Cynthia, and Jennifer were wonderful. This view and this island are so, so special! We could sit and talk and read on this balcony forever!
