Sunset House is an absolute gem! The house is beautiful, incredibly well-equipped, and has everything you could possibly need for the perfect BVI getaway. The staff were so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely lovely that they made our stay feel even more special. And the views—wow! Watching the sunset from the rooms or any of the house’s many terraces is truly breathtaking. No photo could ever do it justice. If you’re looking for an unforgettable stay in the BVI, seriously, dont look any further, THIS IS THE PLACE!

Our stay at Sunset House was absolutely incredible! There were 12 of us, ranging in age from 14 to 65, staying for a full week, and we truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. The staff was wonderful, and the amenities and location were perfect. We had so much fun spending time by the pool, and having all the beach equipment available was amazing for our trips to Long Bay and Smuggler’s Cove, both so close to the house. Another huge plus was having our rooms made up every morning, which made the stay feel even more relaxing. Every bedroom had a beautiful sea view and its own en-suite bathroom, which was especially convenient for such a large group. We made so many great memories here and would absolutely recommend Sunset House for a family or group vacation. We would happily come back!

What a wonderful family trip! Sunset House was the perfect Caribbean getaway, a beautiful home in an amazing beach setting, with incredible views and everything we needed to relax and enjoy our time together. Sunset House was everything we hoped for and more. Our family of 10 spent a week here and it fit us perfectly — five large bedrooms, each with its own en suite bath and private balcony, with jaw-dropping views over Long Bay and out to Jost Van Dyke. Sunsets from the pool deck were an event every single night. What sets this villa apart is the staff. Carmen and her team took incredible care of us all week — daily continental breakfast, wonderful home-cooked meals (better yet cheaper than any restaurant - thanks Cynthia and Loris!), and the house kept spotless (Jenny, Rose - thanks!) without us ever noticing them working. It felt less like a rental and more like being welcomed into someone's home. The location is ideal: a short 2-3 min walk down to Long Bay beach, close to hiking trails, and an easy jump-off point for boat days around the islands. The pool with its waterfall and the hot tub kept everyone happy on the days we stayed in. If you're bringing a big family or group to Tortola, look no further — we're already planning our return. PS - congrats on your retirement Carmen and making the whole booking experience a breeze!

Dressing up as pirates and taking over the Long Bay Resort, what a fun-filled night! Leroy and Steve were amazing bartenders. You must also visit Ms. Patrica at Smugglers Cove. Sunset House is a magical place where memories can be made forever and everyone becomes family. Thank you to Carmen, Jenny, Cynthia, Loris, and Rose for taking incredible care of us and making our stay so beautiful. This place will always hold a place in our hearts. Spending the week at the Sunset House is always like stepping back into paradise. This is one of our many return trips and it never disappoints. The propert is impressive, spacious and beautifully kept. The views are breathtaking and are enjoyed from every room at the villa. It never gets old enjoying the sunsets from the veranda. From the time we arrive to the time we leave the staff is attentive and accommodating to our every need! The prepared meals are restaurant quality abd we live the personal touches. Carmen Cynthia, Loris, Rose and Jenny are professional and experienced. We love visiting Yost and the Soggy Dollar, Patricia at Smugglers, Long Bay and Cane Garden. Will return for sure!
