I booked this trip as a 50th surprise vacation for my husband almost a year ago, during that time Carmen was so fantastic in her communication and answering all my questions as this was all of our first times to BVI. She helped navigate our early deliveries and when there was a mistake she jumped right in to get it corrected immediately. She was so pleasant to talk with about the history of the home, the island and suggestions for us. If anyone has any questions of what’s needed don’t hesitate to ask her, she knows all the connections! Upon arrival I had previously read that photos don’t do it justice and couldn’t wait to see for myself, when the front gate was opened it was amazing!!! The house is beautiful, the views are beautiful and everyone who worked there was what made our trip even more memorable. Cynthia and Loris cooking made the evenings so easy for us and it was delicious! Highly recommend grouper, steak, spinach salad and ALLL the soups she has to offer. Especially the chocolate mousse. The walk to the beach was at first intimidating but we walked to it almost every day along Long Beach all the way down and back, even walked to Smugglers Cove which was about a mile walk. We also walked just down the other hill to Sebastian’s for bingo and Karaoke which was great! Another person who made our trip even better was Rose! Rose was so pleasant, her energy, her soul and happiness was a breath of fresh air, we were so thankful to have her with us for the week.
