The extended McDonald family found Sunset House homely and spectacular! Ensuite private bedrooms plus indoor/outdoor gathering areas met every circumstance. The staff with Carmen at the helm met our needs and more. Much thanks to Cynthia & Loris (cooks) Jennifer & Violet (housekeepers). The memories were here for the taking but you all made them better!!

Have I looked forward to this week for 6 months, and it has not disappointed one bit!! Beautiful house, views and beaches, very sweet and friendly staff, delicious meals, soothing sounds and glorious sunsets. Will definitely tell all my friends and come back any chance I get!

So much fun to be here and share a great time. The family is wonderful to say the least - the staff the absolute best. Everyone was kind, helpful and fun. The meals were delish! The views can't be beat. Your hard work makes it a 5 star in my book. I will treasure these memories!! Thank you to all at the Sunset House.

Our second visit to Sunset House and we've had a wonderful time. Thanks so much to all the ladies for taking such great care of us. All the meals were fabulous! Cannot wait to come back and enjoy that amazing view.

Nine of us stayed in the wonderful Sunset House and boy did we have fun! The views, the pool, the breakfast, and the sun - what more could we ask for! It was an incredible week we will all remember. Tilt up Willy T'S boat bar for a good time. We will be back!

A great spot to spend the holidays sunning, sailing, beaching, drinking, and of course eating. Great care of us was taken by Cynthia, Loris and Jennifer. Will be hard to do it ourselves again! A return trip soon we hope! I echo what my sister says! Fabulous here, the house is great and the staff make a wonderful team. We went out to dinner once and wished we had just stayed "home". Also highly recommend a day sail/snorkel trip with Kuralu Private Charters. So sad to leave today....

Last week was one I will never forget. Turning 60 at the Sunset House on beautiful Tortola was simply a dream come true! Having wonderful friends and family here to help me celebrate was very special. The daily housekeeping made us feel like royalty and the fabulous dinners and hors d'oeuvres were delicious every night. Everyone was so accommodating. Carmen really went out of her way to set up all of our plans and I have to say it was all amazing. Hate to leave this wonderful home.....until next time.

This has been an almost magical trip! The weather was great, the views are stunning and hypnotic. Cynthia, Loris, and Sharon made such wonderful food, and Jennifer kept everything so clean and organized. The occasion was our daughter, Anna's wedding. This place and their staff did a magnificent job of making a special occasion extra special. We'll remember it always.
