A great spot to spend the holidays sunning, sailing, beaching, drinking, and of course eating. Great care of us was taken by Cynthia, Loris and Jennifer. Will be hard to do it ourselves again! A return trip soon we hope! I echo what my sister says! Fabulous here, the house is great and the staff make a wonderful team. We went out to dinner once and wished we had just stayed "home". Also highly recommend a day sail/snorkel trip with Kuralu Private Charters. So sad to leave today....

Last week was one I will never forget. Turning 60 at the Sunset House on beautiful Tortola was simply a dream come true! Having wonderful friends and family here to help me celebrate was very special. The daily housekeeping made us feel like royalty and the fabulous dinners and hors d'oeuvres were delicious every night. Everyone was so accommodating. Carmen really went out of her way to set up all of our plans and I have to say it was all amazing. Hate to leave this wonderful home.....until next time.

This has been an almost magical trip! The weather was great, the views are stunning and hypnotic. Cynthia, Loris, and Sharon made such wonderful food, and Jennifer kept everything so clean and organized. The occasion was our daughter, Anna's wedding. This place and their staff did a magnificent job of making a special occasion extra special. We'll remember it always.

What a fabulous place! This house is so beautiful with a glorious view! The service has been the extra added touch to this rental. We love Carmen, Cynthia, Loris, Jenny, & Violet.

To be at the Sunset House with nothing to do, but sit and look at the multi shades of blue. The most impressive Caribbean view while enjoying a lovely cocktail, or two. Love this place!

A sad day because we have to leave this place!!! Five nights, four beaches, Willy T'S A CAT........ what could be better? The Sunset House is the place to stay. Food and service is top notch!! The 270 degrees water views are breathtaking, and the food....made to order from the staff is the best on the Island. Do yourself a favor and book this place with up to 5 couples!!!!

A very successful, enjoyable, & beautiful family vacation. Shout out to Carmen & the Sunset crew for top notch accommodations. Thank you!! BBC @ Coopers - enjoy the ocean table; Saba Rock grouper sandwich; Stoutt's lookout for 2 sunset drink; the Baths incredible! Lost my diamond earring RIP; Foxy's - sign your school's flag & hear some jokes by the man himself. King's - enabled us with the mode of transport for 2 amazing days full of island hopping; test your skills @ paddle board and yoga. Myett's beach (and maybe steal a stoli ice bucket...)Try a cocktail on every island # painkillers 4 days when crossing the open ocean, be prepared. The best family vacation we could have asked for!

Wow! How do I begin! As we walked thru the front entrance of Sunset House we knew it was going to be a week we will never forget. Greeted by Carmen and the amazing team at the Sunset House was beyond a doubt the most friendly & professional group anybody could want. Waking up to Jennifer or Violet one only knew it was going to be a good day! Trips to Jost Van Dyke, Virgin Gorda, & Road Town were some of the best. BUT.....We knew we would arrive back to some of the best appetizers and dinners prepared by Cynthia & Loris! Unforgetable!! Hats off to everyone that made our family vacation one of the best! To the owner: Thank You!

Sunset House is a rare gem! We've been to Tortola many times before. This is the first time with our children. The villa was beautiful, spacious, and the views breathtaking. The staff are simply brilliant! Nothing was too much trouble. We loved the dinners too! wow! Best food on the island and right here in our own dining room. We enjoyed diving with Blue Waters BVI in Nanny Cay. Excellent service and an ever present smile all around. Thank you for making our holiday so special! A big thank you to Carmen and her superb team! We will be back!

Love this place! A slice of Heaven...great views, restaurants & beaches. Loved the Banana Keet & Carmen was so helpful! Great food at the house - especially the Key Lime Pie. Best on the island! We'll be back.
