Rental Info
The magic of renting the Sunset House is personal service, total privacy, gourmet meals, absolute relaxation and no fixed itinerary.
The view and location of the house speak for itself, and is ideal for family trips, groups of friends, destination weddings, anniversary celebrations, business conferences, or just a relaxing vacation. Your experience will be second to none, and we know that once you walk through our doors you will fall in love with our house as many others have.
Your rental includes a daily complimentary continental breakfast, the services of our cook and serving staff for five nights and daily housekeeping. Prior to arrival we will contact you to discuss menu choices, and send you information so that you can provision the house. The cost of the food for the dinners will be charged to your account.
All rates are quoted in US dollars, and do not include 10% BVI Occupancy Tax or Gratuities For The Staff.
Reservation Policy:
A 50% deposit of the total cost is due when making the reservation, and the balance is due 60 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation Policy
100% refund for cancellations received 60 days in advance of arrival date. No refund for cancellations received within 60 days of arrival date.
