We are a family of 6 and have just spent the past 2 Weeks at the Sunset House and had an amazing time:-) The BVIs does not disappoint! The amazing Sunset House, the service and staff have been beyond what we could have imagined! Thank you for everything. Carmen, It has been a pleasure to work with you, and to get to know Jennifer, Loris and Cinthia. We have had an incredible time!! I woke up every day pinching myself and in complete amazement at the incredible views from every location in the house. Everything and I do mean Everything was carefully thought out in these impeccable accommodations. Although we were here during a scary time during COVID, your safety and cleanliness was outstanding! Our whole family felt very safe. The staff wore masks the entire time they were here and made sure we had everything we needed. Your boat recommendations were top notch! The chefs cooked dinners for 5 nights of our stay and it was delicious. It is honestly THE BEST property we have ever stayed for so many reasons. We will be back and have already booked for Christmas 2022! Definitely a property you will want to come back to year after year!

We stayed at the Sunset House for several weeks and loved every moment. The house has spectacular views from every room and is exactly as pictured. The location was great with Long Bay Beach a short 2 min walk away, arguably one of the prettiest beaches on all of Tortola. We enjoyed starting our day on the veranda with our morning coffee while watching the waves roll in. The nicely appointed pool area was very serene and perfect for enjoying a sunset cocktail or cooling off after a day at the beach. Carmen was very attentive and helpful, especially with coordinating our arrival with all of the latest COVID travel requirements. She made our stay seamless and worry free. We will definitely come back!

Just spent an Incredible week at sunset house the views are spectacular the staff couldn’t have pampered me any more food amazing,just can’t say enough about sunset house. Local beaches were just beautiful would definitely recommend staying at sunset house looking forward to our next visit. Thanks again to the Staff!❤️

Sunset House never disappoints! The views are spectacular and the relaxed atmosphere make it the perfect vacation spot. We love going to the beach most days and coming back to relax in the beautiful pool. Just steps away from a beautiful walk on Long Bay, the perfect way to get my daily steps. Can not get enough time sitting on the veranda - coffee every morning and cocktails every night, with that view! Cynthia and Loris spoiled us every night with gourmet meals. A special thanks to Jenny and Julietta for taking care of us - the villa is always spotless. Carmen keeps the villa running smoothly and always makes everyone feel welcome. It was good to see how the island has bounced back after Irma, it’s as beautiful as ever. Can’t wait to plan our next visit - highly recommend Tortilla and the Sunset House.

Sunset House is absolutely amazing. I come every year and am already looking forward to another trip here. Carmen, Jen, Cynthia, Loris, Julietta are amazing and look after everything you need. The food is amazing. Absolute paradise.

A week at Sunset House was a week in Paradise, Beautiful accommodations, friendly staff, wonderful four course dinners., and a million dollar view day and night. The pool was very refreshing and relaxing.

Just spent yet another wonderful week at the Sunset House. The house is looking beautiful, and Tortola and the BVI are back and better than ever!! The food at Sunset House is always amazing. The views are stunning from every room and angle. We love visiting this paradise, whether we’re at the beach, on a boat or just chilling by the pool and hot tub. We have been coming to the sunset house for years. The views are spectacular. Carmen Cynthia Loris and Jenny make you feel like family. The day trips to Jost, Norman island, and virgin Gorda were an experience of a lifetime. Cayne garden bay and smugglers are a must. My boys can’t wait to come back for a family vacation. Best trips of our lives.

Traveling from Nashville TN - celebrating my 40th Bday with dear friends! The Sunset House has been a perfect spot to celebrate! From the porch at breakfast to the delicious dinners at night! Everything has been amazing! Cynthia and Loris have spoiled our men! They kept their bellies full! I am not sure what can top this trip. If at all possible I will come back to Sunset House!
