The property is gorgeous and exactly as pictured on line. I travelled with my family, ages 9 to 74 and we just loved Tortola and the amazing view of the beach from the veranda. The house was large and no one felt cramped or uncomfortable due to it's size. We were a family of 7 and we rented 4 of the 5 bedrooms. Each room has the view of the beach below, and we walked down each day to enjoy the ocean. We chartered from Celtic Power boats and it was the highlight of the trip. I especially want to mention the manager and host of the property Carmen! She made this trip seamless from pre-booking all the way through the completion of our trip. Carmen efficiently and professionally answered all the questions I had (and they were many due to COVID) to make our experience so lovely. I can't imagine this trip would have been so wonderful without her assistance. She manages a beautiful property and does it quite well. We will be back!

We were so excited to arrive at the Sunset House after waiting 2 1/2 years (thank you COVID!) Upon walking through the front doors and seeing the gorgeous view & beautiful house we were all so ecstatic and caught in awe. We were greeted by Carmen & her wonderful staff. Cynthia, Loris, Jennifer, & Rose. Each day we enjoyed the beautiful breakfast, views, & fantastic sunsets followed by incredible dinners prepared by Cynthia and her assistant Loris. Each night they made us feel so at home. All of us are really going to miss this house. The views are to die for, everywhere you look the views are incredible. We have enjoyed every moment of being here. Thank you! We can't wait to come again!

This week was simply AMAZING. The journey from Cincinnati, Ohio USA to the Sunset House had its challenges due to COVID Protocols, but the incredible adventures, laughs, spectacular food, perfect weather, & relaxation made the journey well worth it and we look forward to returning to the BVI again(soon). Thank you Carmen, Cynthia, Loris, Jennifer, and Rose for making us feel like the "Rich & Famous". Love to all that made this trip possible!

Sad to leave!!! Our stay was fantastic! A comfortable and relaxing home, beautiful island and terrific staff. Thank you Carmen, Cynthia, Loris, Jennifer and Rose for all of your hard work. The house was always clean and maintained, and the smell of good food always present. The hospitality we were shown made us all feel like we were home at the Sunset House. We were truly blessed with our visit and hope to return next year. Thank you house owners and staff for an incredible vacation.

Escaping from 21 degrees Montana weather to the beautiful, sunny shores of Tortola has been a dream. Being able to spend quality time with loved ones, in this unique and spectacular part of the world has made this trip very special. Hiking, swimming and eating fantastic food will be memories we treasure. We are so grateful for being able to come here.

What a week! Nothing could beat beautiful sunsets, amazing food and the best company. Sunset House is in the perfect place, for some ocean & beach in the morning, pool & reading in the afternoon, cocktails with the setting sun, and then an amazing dinner cooked by the staff. Carmen & team made sure we had everything we needed, including going searching for sunscreen! Thank you, thank you, thank you!

After one of the longest days of travel complete with the long waits, and intense, waves when our party of 9 finally stumbled into the Sunset House, even through our haze we were able to tell what an amazing trip we would have. The kindness of the staff paired with the incredibly kept house and beautiful island. It is sad to go! I know I will leave with memories of good food, family and a couple of well earned sunburns! It was so worth the wait due to COVID and most certainly fulfilled all I had hoped of this vacation. Thank you so much for this incredible trip!

My family and I had the best time while staying at Sunset House. We couldn't have ask for a better experience. The view, the food, the staff and accommodations were all spectacular. We highly recommend the Sunset House to anyone wanting the ideal get away.

Absolutely beautiful vacation house. Everything from comfortable beds and amenities to wonderful views and great food, everything was perfect. I also have to compliment the staff; they are very friendly and accommodating. An absolutely wonderful place to stay on one of the most beautiful islands. Thank you so much.
